Description
Delicious chocolate peanut butter nests made with chow mein noodles and topped with chocolate mini eggs.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 ounces peanut butter chips
- 12 ounces chow mein noodles
- 78 chocolate mini eggs (with candy shell)
- Optional toppings: sprinkles (coconut, and more!)
Instructions
- Line several large baking sheets with wax paper or parchment paper. Set aside for later.
- Add chocolate and peanut butter chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds, then remove and stir; repeat until the chocolate mixture is smooth and fully melted, being careful not to overheat.
- Fold in chow mein noodles until completely coated.
- Using a ¼ cup ice cream scoop to make things faster, scoop mixture into the prepared baking sheet. Use a spoon to flatten into a thick disc, then create a divot in the center—this is the nest. This mixture makes 26 nests.
- Press 3 chocolate mini eggs into the center. Allow to set at room temperature about 10-20 minutes, then enjoy!
