- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Thaw salmon if frozen and pat dry with paper towels.
- Season salmon: Generously coat both sides of the fillets with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat pan: In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear fillets: Place salmon skin-side down in the hot pan; cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add garlic and lemon: Flip the salmon, add minced garlic, and squeeze lemon juice over each fillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until just cooked through.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy immediately with your favorite sides.
