Description

Delicious cheddar-filled biscuit bites that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuit dough or homemade dough
  • 1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Flatten each piece of biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface.

  4. Fold edges inward and pinch tightly to seal then place seam side down.
  5. Brush tops with egg wash made from whisked egg and water.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
  8. Cool slightly before serving to allow cheese to settle.
