Delicious oven-baked salmon topped with fresh orange and lemon slices, perfect for a healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 1½ lbs salmon fillet
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
- ½ tsp dried oregano or thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Place salmon skin-side down. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Lay orange and lemon slices over the top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with extra herbs and serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted veggies.
