Description

Delicious and easy baked cottage cheese snacks that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 240 g full-fat cottage cheese (drained)
  • 25 g Parmesan (freshly grated)
  • 0 tsp garlic powder
  • 0 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  2. Drain the cottage cheese in a fine sieve for 5 minutes to remove excess liquid.
  3. In a bowl, stir together the drained cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the tray, spacing 3 cm apart.
  5. Flatten each to a 5 cm round with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake on the middle rack for 25–30 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through, until the edges are golden and the tops have a slight crackle.
