- 240 g full-fat cottage cheese (drained)
- 25 g Parmesan (freshly grated)
- 0 tsp garlic powder
- 0 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
- Drain the cottage cheese in a fine sieve for 5 minutes to remove excess liquid.
- In a bowl, stir together the drained cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the tray, spacing 3 cm apart.
- Flatten each to a 5 cm round with the back of a spoon.
- Bake on the middle rack for 25–30 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through, until the edges are golden and the tops have a slight crackle.
