Description

Delicious homemade stromboli filled with meats and cheese, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 28 slices pepperoni (2 ounces)
  • 12 slices salami (2 ounces)
  • 6 slices deli ham (6 ounces)
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (6 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. If the pizza dough is refrigerated, let it come to room temperature for about 1 ½-2 hours.
  2. Once the pizza dough is at room temperature, preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. Place the pizza dough on a clean, lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 15×10-inch rectangle.
  4. Spread a light layer of sauce on top of the rolled pizza dough, leaving a border around the edge.
  5. Place pepperoni, salami, ham, and sliced cheeses in even layers on top of the sauce.
  6. Roll the dough up from the long side. Pinch the seam and place seam-side down diagonally on the prepared baking sheet. Cut small slits every few inches in the top.
  7. Bake until golden brown and baked through, about 35-45 minutes.
  8. Add melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to a small bowl. Stir until combined.
  9. Brush garlic butter onto the baked stromboli and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  10. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then sliced into 2-inch pieces and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
