Description
Delicious homemade stromboli filled with meats and cheese, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 28 slices pepperoni (2 ounces)
- 12 slices salami (2 ounces)
- 6 slices deli ham (6 ounces)
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
- 6 slices provolone cheese (6 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- If the pizza dough is refrigerated, let it come to room temperature for about 1 ½-2 hours.
- Once the pizza dough is at room temperature, preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place the pizza dough on a clean, lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 15×10-inch rectangle.
- Spread a light layer of sauce on top of the rolled pizza dough, leaving a border around the edge.
- Place pepperoni, salami, ham, and sliced cheeses in even layers on top of the sauce.
- Roll the dough up from the long side. Pinch the seam and place seam-side down diagonally on the prepared baking sheet. Cut small slits every few inches in the top.
- Bake until golden brown and baked through, about 35-45 minutes.
- Add melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to a small bowl. Stir until combined.
- Brush garlic butter onto the baked stromboli and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes, then sliced into 2-inch pieces and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
