- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano; cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in fresh lemon juice.
- Stir in orzo pasta and chicken broth; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and orzo is tender.
- Stir in butter until melted; garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
