- 1 small jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados using a fork or potato masher until you reach your desired consistency.
- Squeeze in the lime juice to add flavor and prevent browning.
- Stir in chopped red onion, cilantro, salt, and jalapeño (if using) until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
Notes
