A delicious low carb mint chocolate chip shake that is cool and refreshing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups low carb vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free peppermint candies (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 serving Optional: whip cream
Instructions
- Add the ice cream, unsweetened almond milk, crushed peppermint candies, sugar-free white and semi-sweet chocolate chips to a high-powered blended.
- Blend until well combined and the chocolate has broken up into tiny pieces.
- Serve immediately with some (optional) whip cream over the top.
Notes
- For a thicker shake, use less almond milk.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
