Ingredients

  • 2 cups low carb vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free peppermint candies (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 serving Optional: whip cream

Instructions

  1. Add the ice cream, unsweetened almond milk, crushed peppermint candies, sugar-free white and semi-sweet chocolate chips to a high-powered blended.
  2. Blend until well combined and the chocolate has broken up into tiny pieces.
  3. Serve immediately with some (optional) whip cream over the top.

Notes

  • For a thicker shake, use less almond milk.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
