Description

This baked white fish recipe is a simple and delicious way to enjoy a gentle, flaky fish with a hint of lemon and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces white fish (like cod, tilapia, or sole)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 piece lemon (sliced)
  • to taste minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pat the white fish pieces dry with paper towels.
  3. Sprinkle the lemon pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika over both sides of the fish.
  4. Drizzle half of the olive oil over one side of the fish and pat the spices onto the fish gently.
  5. Place the fish on a baking sheet, oiled side down. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the tops and pat the spices again.
  6. Scatter lemon slices around the fish on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily.
  8. Serve with lemon slices on the side and garnish with minced parsley.
