- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 piece lemon (sliced)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pat the white fish pieces dry with paper towels.
- Sprinkle the lemon pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika over both sides of the fish.
- Drizzle half of the olive oil over one side of the fish and pat the spices onto the fish gently.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet, oiled side down. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the tops and pat the spices again.
- Scatter lemon slices around the fish on the baking sheet.
- Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily.
- Serve with lemon slices on the side and garnish with minced parsley.
